Nifemi Ogunro is a sculptor and furniture designer. Her work subtly reinforce the idea that Blackness needs more visibility and space within mainstream design. Her work debunks the narrative that design is Eurocentric by reclaiming the historical and cultural impact Black people have had in the design world.
